Summer Field School in Detroit

EVENT – This field school invites students to discover what the future of Detroit could look like. The main aim of the school is to actively engage students in the processes needed to rethink the future of the city, the actions needed to realign development with the local needs and in the multifaceted innovations needed to remake the city. The field school will investigate the role design – as a broad field of discovery and creation – plays in shaping this future.

The Field School will be taking place in early May.  The instructors of this summer field school are Dr. Carmela Cucuzzella and Sherif Goubran.

There is an information session scheduled on February 18, 2020, 12:30PM to 1:30PM at Concordia International (Annex X, 2080 Mackay), X103.
