The Hypothèses team has announced the third session of its programme for the 2022-2023 season. It will take place on Wednesday, January 11th at 5:30pm at La Guilde, on Sherbrooke West.
Entitled “Making Visible : nouveaux éclairages sur les oeuvres et acteurs en histoire de l’art”, this session will feature talks by Gabrielle Côté (Maîtrise, UdeM) “D’une mise en espace à une mise en relation : les ré-accrochages transhistoriques et transculturels” and Jennifer Liu (Maîtrise, McGill) “Labour in the Vatican Foundries and Bernini’s Cathedra Petri at St. Peter’s Basilica”.
The session will be moderated by Dr. Steven Stowell, associate professor at McGill University.
Hypotheses aims to spur debate beyond the institution and become a platform for discussion and reflection to encourage interactions between the academic world and the public.
