For its website, Vie des arts is looking for English written exhibition critiques and news articles that highlight contemporary issues presently shaping the art world. Submissions must include a short proposal (350 words) with the subject you want to cover and a brief description of the critical angle you will use, three excerpts of texts (published or unpublished), and a short biography (35 words). They should be sent before May 14th 2023 to the editorial direction at redaction@viedesarts.com.
Please note that proposals written by artists about their own work will not be considered.
In an effort to encourage a plurality of voices and perspectives on contemporary art, Vie des arts would like to extend a specific, but not exclusive, invitation to black, Indigenous and people of color to submit a proposal for an article.
