Les midis de l’intermédialité: «The power and shortcomings of testimonial writing: an intermediary reflection on post-war concentration camp writings», october 31, 12 to 1pm, bimodal event

October 28, 2022 By admin

Abstract

Following on from the book La Littérature inouïe (PUR, 2022), this presentation aims to extend certain questions raised during research that was initially literary and focused on testimonies published in the immediate post-war period by survivors of the Nazi camps, in which photographic recourse and theatrical evocations challenge the strength of their preferred medium, writing.
