Discover the program for the 9th edition of Hypotheses Symposium Series

August 27, 2019 By admin

You are cordially invited to the launch event being held on September 11th, at 5:30 PM, at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts’ Lounge (1380, Sherbrooke West, level 2)! Please find, attached, the whole program.

Hypotheses is an Art History symposium series, organized by and for graduate students from Quebec universities. Its goal is to promote and disseminate emerging research in the discipline. Since 2011, Hypotheses seeks to foster debates across institutional boundaries, to provide a platform for discussion and reflection, and to encourage cross-fertilization of ideas between academia, the museum community, and the general public.

During the 2019-2020 season, Hypotheses will broadcast its first Podcasts [Annexes], inviting art history Phd and Master students to reflect on their research.

Best regards !
